5 Tips to Becoming a Better BloggerBlogging has become a mainstream activity, with everyone from teenagers to grandparents now blogging regularly. With that in mind, here are 5 tips to help you become a better bloggger.
Blog Regularly
Many bloggers do not blog often enough. If you want to keep an audience, as well as keeping search engines happy, you need to make sure to have new content on your blog. The best way is to keep a schedule - blogging at least three times a week on different topics can make or break your blog.
Interact with Your Audience
Blogging is very much a social activity. Make sure to reply to comments, trackbacks, and other ideas that are circulating around your blog and your interests.
Interact with other Bloggers
Interacting with other bloggers in your niche is an excellent way to get more links and more readers. Find other blogs in your area - respond via comments, trackbacks. Ask to guest post on those blogs and create content that those bloggers want to link to and tell their audiences about.
Schedule Your Content
If you are using Wordpress (as many bloggers do) probably the best way to create more content is to pick one time during the week and write all of your major content then. Once you’ve finished writing your content, you can schedule it to post at a later point. You’ve created a lot of content, and at the same time created regular postings and content for your blogs.
Get an Editor
Either a friend or a fellow blogger should be able to look over your content, give you tips and ideas for your content. If you’re a full time blogger, you might want to even consider hiring a full time editor who can help you improve your writing style. The better your blogging and writing, the more contributors, readers and traffic you will get.

What is the Getmodule30.exe, Getmodule30, Getmodule32.exe, Gadcom.exe?Recently, a Windows XP problem is bugging its users. It is deemed as a dangerous executable file - a malicious software, could be a virus or a Trojan horse. Besides being a malware, little information is available about Getmodule30.exe, Getmodule30, Getmodule32.exe, Gadcom.exe- how to delete, remove or disable it remains unknown. Also the cause of this problem is unknown, but similar to other malware, Getmodule30.exe, it may be come bundled from downloaded software, received e-mail, or browsing a prohibited website - maybe a porn, warez, or even from trusted software download sites. We still don’t know.
TalkActive Philippines, gives us some tips on how to remove Getmodule30.exe or Getmodule30, Getmodule32.exe and Gadcom.exe. Gadcom.exe is an executable file and obviously a dangerous Trojan/Backdoor virus. Getmodule30.exe may function or work as the same. The blogger recommends a software called “unHackme” that can remove executable files, including Gadcom.exe, Getmodule30 or Getmodule30.exe.
Can you turn your iPod touch into phone? The Apple iPod touch, as we know, functions as an mp3 player. But did you know that it can now be transformed into a mobile phone. This extended functionality is possible using the free application “Truphone” available from the Apple’s App Store.
The Truphone application allows users with a Wi-Fi connection to make and receive phone calls via voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, with other iPod Touch owners, users of the Google Talk’s messaging service, and customers of Truphone’s Internet telephone service. The company said it expects to add the ability to handle landline calls. The applicatiom creates a virtual keyboard on the second-generation iPod Touch to dial calls, and requires the addition of a headset and microphone. Cnet.com
Truphone features that will be made available in the future include the ability to phone and instant-message Skype and MSN VoIP users, and to check and set Twitter and Facebook connections.
Truphone running in iPod touch, can be considered as an iPhone competitor, however, Apple does not seem to be alarmed by this free application, as evident by its availability in the Apple App store for free. Well, knowing Apple, they may incorporate this feature in future releases of iPod touch.

How to deactivate your Smart text alerts?I have been complaining about the unsolicited Smart Telecom advisories about their current promos. I have been receiving annoying logos, as annoying as a sexy girl posing with her bikini. I also receive some monotones with .amr format. They say it’s free but if you subscribe you can receive related stuff within a week. I say these were unsolicited because I have not subscribed or activated any of their service. Well, maybe this could be a course to all Smart Buddy or Prepaid subscribers. We are all bound to receive these text spams.
I have been sending “Alerts Off” messages to 211, as stated at end of their text alerts, to unsubscribe, but to no avail. An automated reply says that the service will be deactivated after 2 days or 48 hours but I still receive them, after that span of time. In fact, I still receive these alerts until now when I have already unsubscribed for three times already. I have sent a complaint letter a couple of times already but I always get a “we’ll see to your problem” replies. The customer care hotline is always busy as expected.
To all Smart subscribers who once had this problem, how did you deactivate your text alerts?

Google Hijack Soon To Be ReleasedGoogle Hijack Or How to Choose Your Niche Market
There’s a lot of advice floating around about how to choose a niche to market to. Typically this advice polarises into two camps; the “choose something you know about” camp, and the “choose something - anything - and get going…. it doesn’t matter what, just do it” camp.
Both these options are valid, and in order to make the decision there are other factors to take into account. Basically it’s a quality versus quantity issue, and your choice will likely be based on two things; the practicalities involved, i.e. whether you have the knowledge and skills required for the former, and your personality.
If your desire is to build a business around your chosen niche, developing your own product or building up a membership site for example, the former is probably the best way to go. You’ll benefit from the in depth knowledge you have of the subject, and if it’s a hobby or passion of yours you will probably enjoy the time spent on it, or at the very least will be far less likely to tire of it, and whether it’s hobby or profession you’ll have plenty of knowledge to impart and resources to call on.
This, though, is where personality kicks in. Can you impart that knowledge to your patrons? Can you write well? Sales copy, articles, blog posts, newsletters, books etc. all have to be written by someone, and if that’s not you it will have to be outsourced. Whilst that is an option that can work very well, it tends to be better suited to quantity than quality….
If, on the other hand, your goal is to build a business based on having lots of sites, built quickly to what is commonly called the “rinse and repeat” model, then the latter approach is probably more appropriate. You are unlikely to have sufficient different hobbies or professions to build the number of sites required, and although you may be able to launch two or three on that basis you will be extremely unlikely to reach the double and even treble figures that marketers with this business model typically build.
Another danger is that it is all too easy to get “involved” in sites about subjects that you are passionate about, or which you have a great deal of knowledge of. No “off the shelf” articles for you - other peoples material will likely not be up to the standard you will set, and you will find yourself writing or re-writing everything before publishing. Again this makes it hard to churn out the volume required by the “rinse and repeat” model.
In summary - play to your strengths and do what appeals to you. If you have the hobby or profession on which you can base a site, especially if it’s coupled with a talent for communication, (not necessarily writing - audio and video are big now) then go for that. If not, stick a pin in a list, churn it out, and move on!

Koobface, a Facebook WormA worm, which they named Koobface (taken after Facebook I presume) is currently creating havoc among Facebook users. It is responsible for sending Facebook users malicious code that lets them download an .exe file containing the virus.
A deceiving e-mail reaches a Facebook user’s inbox. It has a very catchy subject of “You look funny in this new video”. The message contains a download link for the “video”. Once on the video site, a message says an update of Flash is needed before the video can be displayed. The viewer is prompted to open a file called flash_player.exe. An unsuspecting user will try to install the update, without him knowing that he was installing a virus or a worm.
If the viewer approves the Flash installation, Koobface attempts to download a program called tinyproxy.exe. This loads a proxy server called Security Accounts Manager (SamSs) the next time the computer boots up. Koobface then listens to traffic on TCP port 9090 and proxies all outgoing HTTP traffic. For example, a search performed on Google, Yahoo, MSN, or Live.com may be hijacked to other, lesser-known search sites. Cnet.com
Facebook says that they are currently doing solutions for this security issue. According to them, it has only affected a small percentage of Facebook users but if the threat continues, it might reach every Facebook user’s computer.
Koobface virus is like every computer threat, it is avoidable. It is highly advised not to open a suspicious link or any e-mail, especially if it’s from an unknown sender.

Affiliate Marketing - A Real Job?Google Hijack And Internet Marketing - A Real Job
I am going to talk here about internet marketing and how this is a very important matter for those that are going to start a business in this domain. Most of all I will try to explain to you why you should take this job seriously and not consider it a joke.
Most of the people don’t see the internet as a working environment only as a playground and this is their first mistake. Not everything that has to do with internet is for playing or only for research purposes. Nowadays the internet is a viable working space and quite a profitable one for that matter. There are a lot of possibilities of making money online but I am going to tell you about a specific one : internet marketing. This as some of you may already now is based on the simple concept of marketing. You as an affiliate have to sell a certain product for a certain producer and by doing this you will receive a sum of money. How this thing works is: you will have to write articles or do all sorts of campaigns to promote that certain product and from this campaigns you will send the customer to the producers web page where he will ultimately buy the product. This being what you will be paid to do.
Now that you know how internet marketing works it’s time to tell you more about the way you should approach this type of work. I said earlier that most of the people don’t think that the internet is a veritable working space, most of them don’t see it to be one at all. Here is where they are wrong and where you shouldn’t be because if you make the mistake of thinking of the internet as a playground or take it as a joke you will most definitely not succeed in this job.In this job you will be your own boss, yeah I know that is great , but don’t get your hopes up because of this you will have to plan all your work and most of all make sure that it will be done on time because if it’s not you will have to pay for it. I know it sound strange “paying for it” but most of the time this is the case because in business time really is money and for every second you waste loosing time you will loose money too.You will only have to work hard in the beginning but after you get the hang of it and you know how it’s done it will be a piece of cake.So I will tell you only once take this job seriously or else you won’t be able do succeed at it and to benefit from all the great rewords it can bring you.
I hope you will choose this line of work because it truly is a nice one and you are going to like it when the pay day comes believe me.This is a real job so please be serious about it.

Web Hosting Buzz Offers the Cheapest VPS Hosting I have been hosted by Web Hosting Buzz (WHB) since early 2007. I was searching for cheap hosting when I read some recommendations over the web about their service. I tried their service and got the Shared Hosting first which costed me around $35 per year. What has lured me more to their service before was the free setup for all accounts. I was hosted by a free host before I was hosted by them. So, transferring hosts can be a problem especially that some hosts require you a one-time setup fee or do not offer a free setup for all transfer accounts. With WebhostingBuzz, I didn’t have problems with the account transfer because their staff did all of it to me.
The uptime was good, however, when my websites were getting overwhelming traffic, especially this blog resulting to server abuse, I had to upgrade to Business Hosting, which is a semi-dedicated hosting service to avoid account suspensions. I was satisfied with their service since then.
WHB also has excellent technical support. Besides their 24/7 online chat support, submitted tickets are also responded to within 12 hours of posting.
Before deciding to upgrade my Shared Hosting account to their semi-dedicated hosting plan, I was looking for VPS hosting first. Too bad, they were not offering VPS hostings plans at that time. So I was host-hopping and found similar dilemmas:
1. They were all costly (around $50-$100/month). I was barely earning that amount per month.
2. Most do not offer free setup of accounts. So imagine if you have a 10GB-size of website and files that should be transferred to the new service, with a bit slow connection that may break during the transfer process, and you have to do all of these by yourself. That’s quite tedious. Unless you want to pay an additional 50 bucks or more for the setup alone.
3. Some have poor technical support. It took them 24 hours to answer some of my inquiries.
Luckily for me, I have not encountered these problems with Web Hosting Buzz. So now that they are offering VPS Hosting, I might upgrade my semi-dedicated hosting. What’s the difference, you ask. Semi-dedicated hosting is shared hosting, although the accounts within a server is limited to ensure its optimum performance and good uptime for all accounts. VPS hosting is not shared. It’s a virtual private server as it stands for.
VPS (Virtual Private Servers) offer many advantages over regular shared hosting including full root access, the ability to create reseller accounts and importantly, they are fully secured and are not affected by other users on the server.
WebhostingBuzz has launched their VPS hosting plans just recently at a very cheap price of $34.95 per month. Every VPS comes with:
- Semi-Managed with 24×7 unlimited support
- “Hermes” anti-spam protection
- Free Setup
- 8 CPU Xeon 5410 servers with 12GB RAM and SATA2 RAID5 disks
- Unlimited domains / virtual hosts
Learn more about their VPS hosting plans. Why do you need to choose WebhostingBuzz? Because their probably the best host out there.
